Agent Conditions

1. Must be legal person entity or individual founded according the law and with legal qualifications.

Have certain cognition of steel pipe industry, responsible and dedicated.

3. Have certain capacity of management and organization.

5. Fully understand the management and business concept of the headquarters.

6. Have certain marketing experience and ability.

7. Be willing to provide good management service to the leaguers.

8. Can reach a consensus with the headquarters in the operation way, control system, etc..

Agent Rights

1.The province level agents have all the benefits an agent should have, including developing city level agents and county level agents by themselves, negotiating with local leaguers on behalf of the headquarter and sign the leaguer agreement. But the agreement won¡¯t take effect unless the headquarter has examined and sealed.

2. Have the right to collect member management fee of the leaguers in the agent region and turn in it to the headquarter according to deduction.

3. Have the right to obtain authority of sole agency in the agent region and enjoy a high deduction percentage.

4. Have the right to guide the business and correspondent market management of the leaguers in the agent region.

5. Have the right to obtain the newest network development and new products information of the headquarter.

6. Have the right to organize the advertisement activities and products popularizing and sale promotion activities, and report it to the headquarter to put on records.

7. Have the right to participate the national popularizing, exhibition and training activities the headquarter hold.
Agent Obligation

1. Report the leaguer information, supply and demand information of goods market and market operation information in the local region timely

2. Turn in the related fee signed in the contract such as member management fee of the year.

3. In order to protect benefit of agents in other regions, multi-region competition is forbidden. If you develop business in the region already has a agent, your business result will belong to the other agent.

4. Conserve image of the headquarter, establish company band, implement policies and plans of the headquarter.

5. Provide good service to the leaguers in your agent region timely.

6. Provide training, help and supporting on advertisement, popularizing and management to the leaguers in your agent region according to the requirement of headquarter.
